How the control works
The essential consent cookie stores the selected categories, consent version, required-essential status, choice source, and saved timestamp. It is not used as an advertising identifier. Optional scripts are blocked unless the relevant category is allowed and the integration is separately activated.
Clearing browser cookies removes this saved choice. A future visit will ask again. See the Privacy Notice for broader data-practice information.
